Molten Metal Paintings
The metal mural range is made using the molten brass poured on the ground to form abstract shapes. It is often a combination of these abstract shapes with some hand-crafted ones as an integral part of a painting on canvas. It has now evolved into a unique artform, a combination of metal and paint, of 3D sculptures and 2D paintings, allowing our imagination to run wild and visualise worlds that merge the real and the abstract.
The artwork can either be inspired by a metal piece, around which a painting is visualised, or the artist can make the painting first and add metal pieces that fit seamlessly into it. The paintings are done using acrylics on canvas, and all the metal pieces are stuck or screwed onto the canvas at the end.
